Per Maryland State Police , If you are sponsored by After Hourz Security (Name is on your Private Detective License) 

Then You are to at no time conduct any business INDEPENDENT of After Hourz Security. 

Which means :

1. You can not work as a P.I. for any other company unless that said company has entered into a contract with After Hourz

2. You can not perform work as a P.I privately as your own business or self without being under contract with After Hourz security

3. You can not market yourself as a After Hourz P.I. without permission of Jasmine Lee and the understanding that all clients have to sign with After Hourz and Pay fees directly to After Hourz

4. You can not take money on behalf of After Hourz for any Private detective work

In order to do any Private detective work for possible clients or leads you acquire you have to first bring the opportunity  , lead, client, or case to After Hourz management for approval and discussion of compensation and details. 

If any individual is found to have been conducting Private detective business , tasks, or jobs, including and not limited to consultations with out without After Hourz knowledge for them selves or a separate entity. That individuals license will be immediately revoked.

Per Maryland state police you may also face charges, or fines and citations depending on the investigation into conduct.
